About Me
Welcome to my portfolio. My name is Kirsty Thomson, a graphic designer based in Central Scotland. This is an introduction to my freelance business, In Spades Creative, which is centred around my love for bold, innovative graphic design. Throughout my practice, I aim to challenge myself and think outside the box, experimenting with materials to create designs which are unique and distinctive.
As a designer I really enjoy utilising hand crafted techniques to create clever solutions. I have particularly enjoyed experimenting with linocut, screen printing, stamp making and ink pouring. I find integrating hand crafted techniques into digital pieces of work really effective and innovative.
